• At checkout (via Lemon Squeezy):

  • Name, email, billing address, VAT number (if applicable), payment details

• In the customization intake form (via Google Forms):

  • Order ID and email

  • Company or brand name

  • Logo, brand colors, fonts, and other design assets

  • Content and imagery (for homepage and selected secondary page)

  • Contact information (e.g., email for delivery and form setup)

  • Preferences (delivery type, portfolio permission, additional pages)

• When you contact us:

  • Email address and any details you voluntarily share

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website:

• Browser type, device information, IP address (anonymized)

• Cookies related to analytics or session preferences (see section 6)

We do not collect or store sensitive payment data—payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your order

• Customize and deliver your Framer/Figma project

• Communicate about your project and support inquiries

• Generate invoices and comply with tax regulations

• Improve our templates and customer experience

• (Optional) showcase completed projects in our portfolio (only with your consent)

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the GDPR, we process personal data based on:

• Contractual necessity: to fulfill your purchase and deliver the design

• Legal obligation: for accounting and tax compliance

• Consent: when you explicitly allow portfolio display or subscribe to newsletters

5. Data Storage & Retention

• Order and billing records are retained for up to 5 years (as required by EU tax law).

• Design files and form data are retained for up to 12 months after delivery, then deleted or anonymized unless you request otherwise.

• If you request portfolio removal, your data is deleted immediately from all promotional materials.

All files are stored securely via:

• Google Workspace (Google Forms, Drive) — GDPR compliant

• Framer / Figma accounts — secure platform hosting

• Lemon Squeezy — PCI-compliant payment processor

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our site may use limited cookies for:

• Session and functionality (remembering preferences)

• Anonymous analytics (traffic sources, device types)

We use privacy-friendly analytics tools or Lemon Squeezy’s internal analytics.
You can clear or block cookies anytime via your browser settings.

We do not use advertising or tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, etc.) on customise.design.

7. Data Sharing

We only share information with trusted third parties who help deliver your project:

• Lemon Squeezy (payment processing, tax invoices)

• Google LLC (form collection and file storage)

• Framer / Figma (project delivery)

• Email provider (order communication)

All partners operate under GDPR-compliant agreements and process only what’s necessary to provide their service.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data

• Correct inaccuracies

• Request deletion (“Right to be forgotten”)

• Withdraw consent at any time

• Request a copy of your data in portable format

We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)

• Restricted access to Google and Framer assets

• Encrypted payment handling (via Lemon Squeezy)

• Regular review and cleanup of stored form data

However, no online system can guarantee 100% security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when sharing information online.

10. International Transfers

Our service providers (Google, Lemon Squeezy, Framer, Figma) may process data outside the EU under valid legal frameworks (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).
We ensure all data transfers comply with GDPR requirements.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for anyone under 16 years old, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
If you believe we have unintentionally collected such data, please contact us to delete it.
