Welcome to customise.design (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing a product or service from us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About customise.design

customise.design offers pre-built Framer templates and design customization services.
Each order represents a design service engagement for a single website or digital product, based on the template and customization scope you select at checkout.

2. Scope of Service

2.1 Basic Customization Package

The Basic package includes:

• Customization of one homepage

• Plus one secondary page (Privacy, Contact, or About)

• Integration of your logo, brand colors, fonts, and content

• Mobile optimization and one round of minor revisions

2.2 Add-Ons & Extra Pages

Additional pages or complex changes are available as separate add-ons, billed from $150 per page, depending on complexity.
All extra requests will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2.3 Exclusions

Unless explicitly agreed, the following are not included: copywriting, logo design, third-party plugin configuration, backend integrations, hosting setup, SEO campaigns, or marketing consultation.

3. Process

1. Checkout & Payment – Orders are placed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

2. Intake Form – After payment, you’ll complete a Google Form to supply brand assets and content.

3. Customization – Work begins once all required materials are received.

4. Delivery – A preview or transferred Framer project is shared within 2–5 business days (depending on scope).

5. Revisions – One round of minor revisions is included for Basic orders.

If key content or assets are missing, timelines will adjust accordingly.

4. Payments & Taxes

All payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy.
Prices are shown in USD (or your local currency if supported).
Applicable taxes or VAT are calculated at checkout.
No work will begin until payment is successfully processed.

5. Refund Policy

Because our work involves customized digital products, all sales are final once customization has started.
Refunds are only considered before work begins or in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge that delivery constitutes fulfillment of our service.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in the intake form

• Supply all necessary assets (logos, content, brand guidelines)

• Ensure you own the rights to any materials provided

• Respond to review and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions or unresponsive communication.

7. Delivery & Ownership

Once full payment is received and customization completed:

• You receive ownership and usage rights to the final customized design for one website or app.

• We retain rights to the base template and underlying design system.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template or customized files.

Delivery occurs via Framer project transfer, publish link, or Figma file, depending on your selected platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All original template designs remain the intellectual property of customise.design.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your customized version for your own business or client project.
You may modify it for your brand but cannot sell or claim the original design as your own.

9. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise stated in your intake form, we may display screenshots or links to your completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social channels.
If you wish to opt out, simply mark “No portfolio permission” in the form.

10. Revisions & Support

Each Basic customization includes one revision round (minor layout, text, or color adjustments).
Major changes or additional rounds are billed separately.
After delivery, we provide 14 days of light support for technical or transfer-related questions.

11. Communication

All communication occurs via email (the address used in your order) unless otherwise agreed.
Support hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CET.

12. Disclaimers

• Our templates and services are provided “as is.”

• The templates are sourced

• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party platforms (Framer, Figma, Lemon Squeezy, etc.).

• We cannot guarantee specific conversion results or business performance outcomes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, customise.design and its owners or affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a project at any time if:

• Provided materials violate intellectual-property or content laws, or

• The client becomes unresponsive or abusive.
  In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion for unperformed work.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Poland (EU jurisdiction).
Any disputes will be handled by competent courts in Poznań, Poland.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
The latest version will always appear on customise.design/terms.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
